Gap Demo Project
How exciting to complete a 15,000-square-foot Gap Store demo located on University Boulevard in the Rice Village District. This project made room for a 2,300-square-foot Luminary Lifestyle store, a 1,386-square-foot Gorjana store, and a 1,608-square-foot Mizzen+Main store.
Luminary
As a Rice Village District builder, we recently completed the build-out of Luminary, another retail apparel construction project. Luminary is a national fashion brand that harmonizes comfort and sophistication. We transformed the interior for merchandising and a great customer experience, as well as the exterior storefront for enjoyable shopping and curb appeal.
