How exciting to be in the beginning stages of a Gap Store demo. This 15,000-square-foot project is located on University Boulevard in the Rice Village District.
JUNE UPDATE: See an exciting follow-up in the Houston Business Journal about three new retail tenants in this demolished space:
“Luminary Lifestyle leased 2,311 square feet in the former Gap store at 6225 Kirby Drive, while Gorjana leased 1,386 square feet and Mizzen+Main leased 1,608 square feet.”
